Description
Porter Airlines offers internships for students interested in gaining real-world experience in the aviation industry. Responsibilities
- Supporting Operations: Interns may be tasked with assisting various operational aspects of Porter Airlines, including ground operations, passenger services, and flight scheduling.
- Customer Service: Interns will have opportunities to engage with customers, providing assistance at check-in counters, gate areas, and helping to resolve passenger inquiries or concerns.
- Administrative Tasks: Interns may be responsible for handling administrative duties such as data entry, filing paperwork, and organizing documents related to flight operations and customer information.
- Assisting with Marketing Initiatives: Interns may support marketing efforts by assisting in the creation of promotional materials, social media content, or conducting market research to gather insights on customer preferences.
- Collaborating with Different Departments: Interns will have the chance to collaborate with various departments within Porter Airlines, gaining exposure to different aspects of the aviation industry and contributing to cross-functional projects.
- Learning and Development: Interns will participate in learning opportunities designed to enhance their knowledge of the airline industry, including training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to aviation, business, marketing, finance, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for the aviation industry and a willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.
