Peel Regional Police is offering an exciting internship program designed to provide students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in various aspects of law enforcement and police services. - Support Police Operations: Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting to support various police units.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach programs, public safety campaigns, and events to foster positive relationships between the police and the community.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on crime trends, community issues, and policing strategies. Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program in criminology, law enforcement, public administration, social sciences, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attributes: High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Previous volunteer or work experience in a related field is an asset, but not required.
- Requirements: Must undergo a background check and obtain security clearance.
